The Rules

An Environment Agency Licence is required to fish these waters.

2 Rod limit per angler.

Anyone under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years.

Minimum 42″ Landing net for Carp Anglers on Oak and Admiral Lakes.

An unhooking mat must be used by every Angler. (Carp cradles to be used on Admiral Lake).

Use only barbless hooks. Unsuitable Rods & Tackle will be confiscated.

No lure fishing, No unattended rods.

No Telescopic Rods of any kind are permitted for use on the fishery.

Only Green Fishing Brollies or Bivvies in Fishery Complex.

One non fishing guest is allowed per angler at £5 per day session or £10 per night session.

Please use the dip tanks provided on every lake for nets and unhooking mats, etc.

No keep nets (Except under strict match conditions).

All fish must be returned to the water from where they are caught as quickly and safely as possible.

Any unnatural baite such as Jokers, Tiger Nuts, Peanuts, Chickpeas, lures or anything that is unprepared or cannot be easily digested, etc will be confiscated.

No TVs or Dogs. You may have a personal radio as long as the volume is kept to a minimum.

No litter, especially waste nylon. You must leave your swim clean and tidy. Please use the bins provided in the fishery complex.

No swimming or bathing.

No noise after 11pm.

No open fires. Please use raised BBQ or gas cookers.

Do not climb or damage the trees.

Alcohol in moderation. No drugs or banned substances.

Antisocial behaviour against staff or fellow anglers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry. We will only accept responsible anglers who follow the rules and are respectful of fellow anglers and the environment. We reserve the right to ask anyone not complying with these rules to vacate their swim and leave the property immediately.

No trespassing into adjoining fields or woodland, anyone caught entering the fishery outside hours will be treated as a criminal and may be prosecuted.

The management accepts no responsibility for any death, injury, damage or theft to persons, vehicles or property during your stay.

All vehicles to be left in designated car park areas.

Any Subject not covered by these rules is at the discretion of the management.
